WHEREAS the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Peter Gregorivitch Chernoff has requested to serve as a ordinary citizen for a while;
BE IT RESOLVED that Vladimir Kakucka shall be appointed to Minister of Foreign Affairs, and serve as Chief Diplomat of Mulgarian.
AND THAT he shall be granted membership to the Council of Lords. He shall be styled;

WHEREAS The Rt. Hon. Lord Peter Chernoff has displayed much activity in the Kingdom during its “dark times;
BE IT RESOLVED that Peter Gregorivitch Chernoff shall be granted the title Count of Lexington, he shall be given all the rights and titles that Count carries.
AND THAT he shall be styled;

Manifesto of 01.22.08.1
This Manifesto shall abolish the Mulgarian Nobility titles of Grand Duke and Grand Duchess.
WHEREAS the Nobility of the Kingdom of Mulgaria is too complicated;
BE IT RESOLVED as our first act of the reorganization of the Nobility of Mulgaria the titles of Grand Duke and Grand Duchess shall henceforth be dissolved as Nobility titles of the Kingdom of Mulgaria. All Grand Dukes and Grand Duchess, aside from the King who holds the title of Grand Duke of Buldania in its own right, shall be granted the titles of Prince of Mulgaria or Princess of Mulgaria.

Manifesto of 01.21.08.1
This Manifesto shall grant the lords the right to vote on bills and upon there passing the King may sign them in thier own right as a Act of the Council of Lords. It shall also order that all Acts be dated Royal Decree style.
WHEREAS the Lords curently may only debate on bills;
Be it RESOLVED that they shall have the power to vote on them.
AND THAT all Resolutions shall be dated in the Topic Desription as month.day.year.number.
