Peter Gregorivitch Chernoff to Count of Lexington
WHEREAS The Rt. Hon. Lord Peter Chernoff has displayed much activity in the Kingdom during its “dark times;
BE IT RESOLVED that Peter Gregorivitch Chernoff shall be granted the title Count of Lexington, he shall be given all the rights and titles that Count carries.
AND THAT he shall be styled;
His Grace, the Rt. Hon. Lord Peter Chernoff, Count of Lexington,

His Grace the Count of Lexington
OR
the Count Lexington
So long as he remains a member of the Council of Lords, If he departs from the Council of Lords he shall be styled,
